Disclaimers

Wood does what wood does, depending on how your tree grows and the specifics of its environment, will determine how the wood reacts to the vacuum kiln process. We cannot control how the wood dries; The following is what we do to encourage maximum yield and quality

  • Load the kiln with each layer level
  • We keep weight proportionate throughout the load
  • Ensuring we achieve the maximum flow of air through the stack enabling efficient drying.
  • Monitor the discharge of water
